I’m so glad you mentioned the progressive social bubbles. From my experience, residents of that bubble can dupe themselves into believing anti-LGBT sentiment is not really a big issue anymore. It’s still a HUGE problem. Disconnecting from reality doesn’t make reality stop happening for others.
