In the case of this riddle, you get to ask any questions you’d like, and often people guess that the doctor is the son’s other father. They’re told that’s not the case.

This particular riddle doesn’t really show the bias against homosexual relationships. But, I’m sure there are many other thought experiments out there that do illustrate the very real discrimination against same-sex couples.
